Josh Cistrunk – Founder & Director of Elevate To Greatness (ETG)
Josh Cistrunk, originally from Stone Mountain, Georgia, is the Founder and Director of Elevate To Greatness (ETG), a basketball training and development organization dedicated to helping athletes excel both on and off the court. Josh began his basketball journey at the JUCO level at East Mississippi, where he won a Regional Championship before taking his talents to the University of Southern Mississippi.
In addition to running ETG, Josh serves as the Head Trainer for the Roswell Hornet Girls Bask
etball program and is also running the Roswell Hornets Youth Program, where he focuses on player development and fostering a winning mentality. With a passion for basketball and years of coaching experience, Josh provides athletes with world-class training that emphasizes skill development, mental toughness, and leadership.
He has trained athletes across the globe and recently became certified with the 94FEET Family, learning directly from NBA skills coach Phil Handy.
Josh had the incredible opportunity to work alongside legendary NBA trainer Chris Johnson during the NBA Pre-Draft process. This unique experience allowed him to gain firsthand insights into the training techniques used at the highest level of the game, working with some of the most talented and promising young athletes preparing for their NBA careers.
