We are thrilled to announce that our very own Director, Josh Cistrunk, had the incredible opportunity to work alongside legendary NBA trainer Chris Johnson this past summer during the NBA Pre-Draft process. This unique experience allowed Coach Josh to gain firsthand insights into the training techniques used at the highest level of the game, working with some of the most talented and promising young athletes preparing for their NBA careers.
From high-intensity workouts to skill-specific drills, this opportunity provided Coach Josh with a wealth of knowledge and advanced training methods that he’s eager to bring back to Elevate To Greatness.
